M. Scott Weeks
Vice President of Client Services
Scott Weeks is applying his extensive managed health care experience at one of the nation’s largest health plans to Arbor Healthcare clients. His expertise ranges from network management and provider reimbursement strategy and negotiation to business process improvement.
Before joining Arbor, Mr. Weeks spent nearly a dozen years at UnitedHealthcare, Inc., where he most recently leveraged his knowledge as a Six Sigma Black Belt to serve as an internal expert designing and overseeing implementation of major improvement initiatives. He also held several other leadership positions with UnitedHealthcare, including regional director of network pricing and director of financial planning for the Arkansas/Tennessee health plan.
Mr. Weeks holds a master of science in health administration from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Alabama. He is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive status.
