Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan Benefits From Arbor's Approach to Credit-Balance Resolution
Because it was dissatisfied with the performance of another vendor, including tension with some providers over the handling of credit balances, this state Blue Cross Blue Shield plan began working with Arbor several years ago.
